Leading quality and testing efforts in the NEXT area — the core of adidas’s global e-commerce platform. NEXT underpins backend services powering the major consumer frontends used by millions of customers worldwide. Full-year 2025 net sales: €24.8B.
The role is built around continuous awareness across four teams. Close enough to the code, test suites, and in-flight work in each team to drop in as an IC where the leverage is highest — the hardest production bugs, the risky changes, the framework decisions — while also setting the overall direction of each team individually and of the four as a group.
